He holds MBA (IR & HR) degree from a reputed Business School and had a 10 years of working experience before the inception of Livefly Healthcare. He was associated with brands like Portea Medical and Apollo Home Healthcare in operations and administrative management roles. He was one of the important and key member of the pilot team for Portea Medical East Unit. He had an outstanding ability of recruiting right talents, building talents and retaining talents while he was serving other home healthcare brands, in addition his business operating skills, innovations from a service delivery point of view gave the earlier home healthcare brands an extra leverage in the growth path.
While in this journey, he identified that Home Healthcare industry is an unfurnished and unexplored industry and with innovative thought process and proper planning, this sector of work can reach up to many milestones in the coming days. Gradually he felt to step back from being working as an employee and serving brands, rather to find a way out to explore more about this industry according to his skill sets that he acquired over a period of time. He once said “It was hard to inculcate the belief within people that to be a part of a start-up team who dreams big, but when people will know that you are doing good and your visionary roadmap is very clear, people will start believing you” .
He had an immense confidence in his skill sets, which resulted into an inception of Livefly Healthcare back in June 2021, where he decided to launch a start-up. He knew he doesn’t come from an entrepreneur background where he could get the help of funding at the launching stage, he didn’t had a team who could take the risk of quitting jobs from branded firms and join him to launch a startup, but what he had confidence , vision and confidence in his skills of building networks, building teams and he knew exactly how to run the show. His thought process was not hypothetical, it was planned and calculative.
In this process, he build a team, he build that network, he build an Organization which started giving tough competition to other big houses of home healthcare in some specific regions.
Rewinding the journey, starting from nowhere Livefly Healthcare had served to more than 1500 lives in just 2 (two) years’ time span operating with more than 100 employees and it is scaling up every day, adding more important resources into the system.
He is the force to this Organization for whom important resources are coming up and joining hands to push the system to grow. His leadership qualities has been the USP behind the growth of Livefly Healthcare.
